- Add beef and cook for 2 to 3 minutes at high heat with constant stirring. Add about 2 cups of water and bring to a boil, then cover with the lid and cook for about 20 minutes until the beef is done and the gravy thickens.
- Add tamarind sauce, black pepper, cilantro, and ginger, cook for 2 more minutes, then take out in a serving dish and enjoy hot with white rice.
