Directions
Mix together the lamb cubes, half of the yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, white pepper, cumin, coriander, tamarind nectar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until fully incorporated. Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat the grill. Arrange the lamb cubes, onion, and mushrooms on skewers. Discard the remaining marinade, brush with a little oil, and grill for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, process cilantro and green hot chili peppers in a food processor until a thick paste is formed. Add the remaining yogurt and season with salt.
